TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY FOOD DISTRIBUTION SERVICES TO EMERGENCY FOOD PANTRIES, SHELTERS, AND COMMUNITY MEAL SITES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES INFORMATION, REFERRAL, AND ADVOCACY SERVICES AND COLLABORATES IN THE OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER-OPERATED GARDEN. RACINE COUNTY PROJECT EMERGENCY, INC IS PRIMARILY FUNDED THROUGH CASH CONTRIBUTIONS AND DONATIONS OF FOOD.

IN SO DOING, WE WILL EQUALIZE THE DISTRIBUTION OF RESOURCES THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY AND ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF THE COMMUNITY TO REDUCE HUNGER.
