HEALTHY LIVING: THROUGHOUT THE LA CROSSE COMMUNITY, OUR Y IS A LEADING VOICE IN PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH AND OVERALL WELL-BEING. OUR Y BRINGS COMMUNITY MEMBERS TOGETHER BY ENCOURAGING HEALTHY LIFESTYLES AND FOSTERING CONNECTIONS THROUGH FITNESS, SPORTS, FUN, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND SHARED INTERESTS. MORE THAN 33,000 INDIVIDUALS (BOTH MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS OF OUR Y) BENEFIT FROM OUR Y'S SERVICES THAT PROMOTE GREATER HEALTH AND WELL-BEING FOR THEIR BODIES, MINDS AND SPIRITS EVERY YEAR.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: WE BELIEVE THAT ALL YOUTH IN OUR COMMUNITY DESERVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY CAN ACHIEVE.
