A CENTRAL BUREAU OF INFORMATION AND RESEARCH, CONSULTANT SERVICES AND ADVICE PERTINENT TO MATTERS OF MEMBERS' COMMON INTEREST WAS MAINTAINED EXCLUSIVELY FOR USE BY THE 83 MEMBER COUNTY ROAD AGENCIES.
SEMINARS WERE HELD WHICH ALLOWED MEMBERS EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY TO GATHER TOGETHER FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE FROM SPEAKERS' PRESENTATIONS ON MATTERS AND TOPICS OF THEIR COMMON INTEREST.
