OPERATION WARRIOR REST IS THE DONATION OF 1 TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS TO ALL ACTIVE, NATIONAL GUARD, AND RESERVE SPECIAL OPERATIONS WAR FIGHTER. BEGINNING IN 2014 DELIVERIES BEGAN TO MILITARY INSTALLATIONS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION AND LOGISTICS REQUIRED, DARHORSE PERSONNEL ARE NEEDED TO TRAVEL TO THE BASE OR DONATION LOCATION, FURNISH FORKLIFTS OR LOADING CAPABILITY, PERSONNEL TO UNLOAD MATTRESSES FROM TRACTOR TRAILERS AND ASSIST MILITARY PERSONNEL WITH THE LOADING AND UNLOADING OF THEIR MATTRESSES. IN SOME CASES SOF MILITARY MEMBERS ARE DEPLOYED AND DARKHORSE RENTS U-HAUL TRUCKS TO ASSIST IN THE DELIVERY OF INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS.
FOR VETERANS NO LONGER SERVING IN THE MILITARY, OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS TO EDUCATE ANDFAMILIARIZE CORPORATE ENTITIES WITH THE VALUE VETERANS CAN BRING TO THEIR ORGANIZATIONS. SPECIAL OPERATIONS FORCES-EXPERIENCE DAYS ARE DESIGNED TO ILLUSTRATE TO CIVILIAN EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS, HIRING PERSONNEL AND OTHERS WHAT SOF AND OTHER VETERANS CAN BRING TO THEIR COMPANIES. DISCIPLINE, ORGANIZATION, RESILIENCY, LEADERSHIP AND OTHER SKILL SETS ARE DEMONSTRATED IN THESE HANDS ON EVENTS AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.
THE VETERANS REMOTE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IS A PILOT COURSE WHERE DARKHORSE STAFF COACH VETERANS THROUGH VARIOUS ONLINE REMOTE CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS TO ASSIST IN THEIR CURRENT AND FUTURE CAREER OBJECTIVES. AFTER COMPLETION, DARKHORSE WORKS TO CONNECT THE VETERANS WITH COMPANIES SEEKING THOSE CERTIFICATIONS FOR A HOPEFUL POST MILITARY EMPLOYMENT OFFER TO THE MILITARY MEMBER
