TRAINING & EDUCATING CURRENT AND EMERGING COMMUNITY LEADERS IN THE COUNTY SO THEY CAN UNDERSTAND THE ROLES AND RELATIONSHIPS OF PEOPLE AND SYSTEMS THAT SUPPORT AND SUSTAIN OUR COMMUNITY; ENABLE GRADUATES AND OTHERS TO ENGAGE IN CIVIC LEADERSHIP; AND STRENGTHEN ORGANIZATIONAL AND COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS.
BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION OF COMMUNITY FOCUSED LEADERS BY TRAINING TO LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS.
