4. CSBG- THIS PROGRAM FUNDED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH INFORMATION REFERRAL AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THOSE MEETING CERTAIN ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS. THE PROGRAM CAN CONSIST OF MANY SERVICES DEPENDING UPON THE WORK PROGRAM AS DEFINED BY MIAMI COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL. THERE ARE TWO DISTINCT PROGRAMS INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS GRANT. THEY ARE AND EMERGENCY GRANT PROGRAM TO PROVIDE DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS, AND PUBLICATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE HUMAN SERVICES DIRECTORY AVAILABLE TO ORGANIZATIONS SERVING THE SAME GROUP. 5. CRF-ESP CAME THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASUREY AND PROVIDED MORE LIMITED ASSISTANCE FOR A SIMILAR TARGET GROUP OF AFFEXTED HOUSEHOLDS. 6. CDBG-CV IS A TARGET OF OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM TO ASSIST PERSONS IN PREVENTING, PREPARING FOR, OR RESPONDING TO FINANCIAL CHALLENGES POSED BY THE PANDEMIC. 7. CAA-HRG CAME THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY AND PROVIDED MORE LIMITED ASSISTANCE FOR A SIMILAR TARGET GROUP OF AFFECTED HOUSEHOLDS. 8. LIHWAP IS FUNDED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES AND IS DESIGNED TO HELP INCOME ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS WITH THEIR WATER AND WASTWATER BILLS. THE PAYMENTS FOR ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS ARE MADE THE THE SUPPLIER ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANTS.
