EDUCATIONAL SERVICES - THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES THROUGH ITS LANSING AND METRO DETROIT OFFICES HIGH-QUALITY, LOW COST TRAINING AND REGIONAL FOCUSED EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES TO NONPROFIT BOARDS, STAFF, AND VOLUNTEERS THROUGHOUT MICHIGAN. FLUCTUATIONS IN REVENUE AND EXPENSES FOR THIS PROGRAM CAN VARY YEAR TO YEAR DUE TO FUNDING RECEIVED TO SUPPORT MULTI-YEAR AND/OR LARGE SCALE PROGRAMMING.


PUBLIC GRANTS - THROUGH FEDERAL AND STATE FUNDING SOURCES, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES, INCLUDING TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AS WELL AS CIVIC AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SMALL, MID-SIZE, AND LARGE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.
