CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND SUPPORT - PROVIDED LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR PASTORS AND LEADERS IN 22 COUNTRIES IN LATIN AMERICA. PROVIDED LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND RESOURCES TO 1 MILLION STUDENTS IN MIDDLE SCHOOLS, HIGH SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES IN LATIN AMERICA. LED AN EVANGELISM INITIATIVE THAT RESULTED IN 80,520 PEOPLE GIVING THEIR LIVES TO CHRIST IN LATIN AMERICA IN 2021.
