THE FOOD PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPLIES OF FOOD AS WELL AS PERSONAL NEEDS ITEMS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES TO RECIPIENTS IN NEED. THE FOOD PROGRAM SERVED 5,950 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023.


OTHER PROGRAMS THE THANKSGIVING BASKET PROGRAM PROVIDES BASKETS OF FOOD FOR THANKSGIVING AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 400 FAMILIES IN 2023. THE CANSTRUCTION PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD FOR PANTRIES AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 400 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023. THE SNACK PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD AND SNACKS FOR PANTRIES AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 10,610 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023. THE EMERGENCY BOXES PROGRAM PROVIDES AN EMERGENCY BOX OF FOOD, WITH ABOUT 25 ITEMS, FOR THOSE IN NEED AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 235 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023. THE HOMELESS BAGS PROVIDES FOOD AND SUPPLIES TO THOSE IN NEED AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 225 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023. THE REGROW PROGRAM PROVIDES FOOD AND SUPPLIES TO THOSE IN NEED AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023.


BACKPACK BUDDIES PROGRAM PROVIDES WEEKEND BACKPACKS OF FOOD (3 MEALS AND 2 SNACKS) FOR 31 WEEKS, AND IT SERVES MULTIPLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN IN FREE AND REDUCED PRICE LUNCH PROGRAMS IN VARIOUS ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN MIDLAND COUNTY. IN 2023, THE PROGRAM PROVIDED 780 INDIVIDUALS WITH BACKPACKS OF FOOD.


THE MOBILE FOOD PANTRY IS A "FOOD GIVE AWAY" PROGRAM HELD WITH THE COOPERATION OF THE FOOD BANK OF EASTERN MICHIGAN, HIDDEN HARVEST, THE ORGANIZATION, COMMUNITY AGENCIES, AND CHURCHES. THESE 20 MOBILE PANTRIES WERE HELD IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN MIDLAND COUNTY. THE MOBILE FOOD PANTRY HELPED 9,139 INDIVIDUALS IN 2023.
