HEALTH CHECK - PROJECT RAMP - COMMUNITY SERVICE PROVIDE LOW COST HEALTH TESTS FOR SENIORS AND NON-INSURED INDIVIDUALS. PROVIDE WHEELCHAIR RAMPS FOR PERSONS IN NEED. DESIGNATED TO PROVIDE A PROCESS WHERE PEOPLE ARE BROUGHT TOGETHER TO IMPROVE THEIR OWN ENVIRONMENT AND TO HELP
INFORMATION AND REFERRAL - LABOR LIASON A FREE CONFIDENTIAL SERVICE TO LINK PEOPLE IN NEED OF HUMAN SERVICES WITH AGENCIES DESIGNED TO ELIMINATE OR ALLEVIATE THAT NEED.
