THROUGH OUR CIVIL SIDEWALKS PROGRAM, WE CREATED A CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT AS THE FOUNDATION FOR AN ATTRACTIVE AND THRIVING DOWNTOWN OXNARD. THESE CORE SERVICES SUPPORT THE CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY. OUR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES ATTRACTED PATRONS TO THE DOWNTOWN AREA TO ATTEND CULTURAL EVENTS, AND SHOP AND DINE IN OUR SMALL BUSINESSES AND RESTAURANTS. THE CUMULATIVE EFFECT OF THESE PROGRAMS HAS BOOSTED COMMUNITY PRIDE, ECONOMIC IMPACT, AND INVESTMENT IN DOWNTOWN OXNARD.
