LIFE RESOURCES EXISTS TO PROVIDE LIFE TRANSFORMING RESOURCES THAT FOSTER EMOTIONAL, SPIRITUAL AND RELATIONAL WELLNESS FOR PEOPLE IN THE LOWCOUNTRY OF SC. HEALING, EQUIPPING AND TRAINING.

IN 2021, LIFE RESOURCES OPENED A 3500 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE IN NORTH CHARLESTON TO BETTER SERVE THE AREAS OF CHARLESTON, BERKELY AND DORCHESTER COUNTIES. THREE LICENSED THERAPISTS JOINED OUR TEAM TO MEET THE INCREASED NEED FOR SERVICES. THE NEW POSITION OF ASSISTANT CLINICAL DIRECTOR WAS ADDED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPERVISION FOR OUR THERAPISTS AND FOUR STUDENT INTERNS. THIS YEAR WE IMPLEMENTED A NEW ELECTRONIC RECORD KEEPING SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES INCREASED SECURITY WITH AN INTEGRATIVE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM BETWEEN THERAPISTS, STAFF, AND CLIENTS. WE BEGAN A NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH A LOCAL CHURCH TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC SERVICES TO THEIR PASTORS AND STAFF.
LIFE RESOURCES CONTINUES TO PROVIDE A VARIETY OF CLASSES TO ADULTS INCLUDING LIFE SKILLS, PARENTING TO BOTH TODDLER AND ADOLESCENTS AND DISCIPLESHIP. LIFE RESOURCES CONTINUES TO PARTNER WITH LOW COUNTRY PREGNANCY CENTER IN PROVIDING A 100-WEEK POST ABORTIVE EMOTIONAL HEALING CLASS. CLASSES CONTINUED THROUGH THE PANDEMIC SHUTDOWN VIA VIDEO.
