SHELTER PROGRAM - PROVIDING AND IMPROVING SHELTER CARE FOR RESCUED GIRLS AND CHILDREN AT HIGH RISK. CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND EXPANSION OF SHELTERS AND RED LIGHT AREA SAFE SPACE.
