FAMILY VIOLENCE COUNSELING: THE OUTREACH PROGRAM PROVIDES SUPPORT GROUPS AND VICTIM ADVOCACY AND SEEKS TO BUILD A COOPERATIVE NETWORK TO SUPPLY INFORMATION, RESOURCES, EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
CRISIS SHELTER PROGRAMS: THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE SAFE EMERGENCY SHELTER TO VICTIMS IN IMMEDIATE DANGER. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDING FOOD, CLOTHING, PERSONAL AND HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS, SAFETY PLANNING, TRANSPORTATION AND MEDICAL CARE. SURVIVORS WHOSE STAY EXCEEDS 72 HOURS RECEIVE ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES.
EXTENDED SHELTER/SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAMS: THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE LONG- TERM, LOW INCOME HOUSING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN WHO ARE SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND FIND THEMSELVES HOMELESS.
