OPERATION OF A 120-BED SKILLED NURSING FACILITY AND AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY.

TO PROVIDE AND IMPROVE HOUSING FOR THE LOW TO MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA.

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC SERVICES TO YOUTH IN A RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT.

TO STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING PERSON-CENTERED CARE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IMPACTED BY SUBSTANCE USE AND MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS, AND OTHER BEHAVIORS THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION, PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, AND COUNSELING.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER TO ABUSED WOMEN AND THEIR MINOR CHILDREN AND TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR RAPE VICTIMS IN DANGER AFTER THE CRIME.

CEMETERY OPERATED SOLEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE DISPOSAL OF HUMAN REMAINS.

The goal of this organization are the nongovernmental, nonprofit organizations with funds (usually from a single source, such as an individual, family or corporation) and programs managed by its own trustees or directors, established to maintain or aid social, educational, religious or other charitable activities serving the common welfare, primarily through grantmaking.
