PROGRAM 1: CULTURES OUTREACH-HOSTING PROGRAM TO CONNECT PARTICIPANTS PRIMARILY ETHNIC KOREAN WITH ALASKA NATIVES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPREADING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH SHARED CULTURES BY DOING ETHNIC RELEVANT EVANGELISM SERVICE PROJECTS AND CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES. WE HOSTED AN OUTREACH TEAM OF 12 KOREANS FROM LIVING WATERS CHURCH IN MICHIGAN. THEY MADE A VACATION BIBLE STUDY EVENT FOR 25 CHILDREN AT THE SALVATION ARMY CHURCH IN KETCHIKAN AND 19 YOUTHS COMMITTED THEIR LIVES TO JESUS CHRIST AT THIS 4 DAY EVENT THAT WAS COSPONSORED BY YOUTH WITH A MISSION AND SALVATION ARMY. PROGRAM 2: THE YOUTH WITH A MISSION KETCHIKAN KOREAN FULL TIME VOLUNTEER STAFF CONTINUED TO PARTICIPATE ALL YEAR WITH THE SALVATION ARMY YOUTH PROGRAM AND SERVING WITH A MULTI DENOMINATIONAL TEAM MINISTERING THE BIBLE AND WORSHIP SERVICES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS AT A LOCAL SENIOR HOUSING PROPERTY. PROGRAM 3: THE FULL TIME KOREAN VOLUNTEER STAFF HAVE RECRUITED 2 MORE KOREAN OUTREACH TEAMS FOR 2023 AS WELL AS CONNECTING YOUTH WITH A MISSION KETCHIKAN WITH A STRATEGIC KOREAN CHURCH IN ANCHORAGE MINISTERING TO HOMELESS PEOPLE AND NATIVE VILLAGE OUTREACHES. PROGRAM 4: FULL TIME VOLUNTEER STAFF DEBBIE NANCE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED THE REQUIRED TRAINING TO BE CERTIFIED IN THE YOUTH WITH A MISSION MEMBER CARE INITIATIVE TO OFFER SPECIALIZED HELP WITH DEBRIEFING SERVICES AND TRAINING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
