PROGRAM 1: CONNECTING CULTURES OUTREACH-HOSTING PROGRAM TO CONNECT PARTICIPANTS (PRIMARILY ETHNIC KOREAN) WITH ALASKA NATIVES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPREADING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST THROUGH SHARED CULTURES BY DOING ETHNIC RELEVANT EVANGELISM, SERVICE PROJECTS, AND CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES. DUE TO THE EFFECT COVID-19, THIS PROGRAM WAS SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED IN SCOPE, WITH ONLY ONE OUTREACH TEAM OF 10 PEOPLE MINISTERING WITH 30 ALASKA NATIVE CHILDREN AND ADULTS IN KETCHIKAN. PROGRAM 2: DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING SEMINAR PROGRAM TO MAKE AVAILABLE BASIC DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE LOCAL CHURCH AND COMMUNITY WHO WANT TO BECOME BETTER EQUIPPED FOR SHARING THE GOSPLE OF JESUS CHRIST AND LIVING MORE EFFECTIVE LIVES IN THE HOME, WORK PLACE, AND ON OUTREACH EVENTS. USING CURRICULUM, VIDEOS, AND QUALIFIED PRESENTERS TO EMPOWER PARTICIPANTS TO IMPACT THIER SPHERE OF INFLUENCE. DUE TO COVID-19 THIS PROGRAM WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN 2021. PROGRAM 3: SUCCESSFULLY BROUGHT KOREAN VOLUNTEERS ON STAFF THROUGH RELIGIOUS WORKER VISA TO RECRUIT MORE KOREAN VOLUNTEERS AND OUTREACH TEAMS AS WELL AS WORKING WITH LOCAL SALVATION ARMY YOUTH PROGRAM DISCIPLING NATIVE ALASKAN YOUTH TO REACH OTHER NATIVE ALASKAN YOUTH WITH THE GOSPEL.
