HEAD AND NECK CANCER AWARENESS WEEK WAS HELD IN APRIL 2023. WITH THE AWARENESS PROGRAM, HNC ALLIANCE WORKS CLOSELY WITH LOCAL HOSPITALS, CLINICS AND MEDICAL CENTERS EACH YEAR TO PROVIDE FREE HEAD AND NECK CANCER SCREENINGS AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE USA AND ABROAD. IN 2023, HNCA GREW ITS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM. AMBASSADORS ARE DEDICATED TO EDUCATING THE COMMUNITY-AT-LARGE ABOUT THESE CANCERS. OUR AMBASSADORS ARE CANCER PATIENTS, SURVIVORS AND/OR CAREGIVERS WHOSE INSPIRATIONAL JOURNEYS GIVE TRUE MEANING TO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER, DURING AND POST-TREATMENT.(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)
