THE FIRST BEING THE JOURNEYMAN WIREMAN CERTIFICATE WHICH HAS 130 PARTICIPANTS AT A COST OF $2,400.28 PER STUDENT. THE SECOND PART IS THE CERTIFICATE THROUGH ROCK VALLEY COMMUNITY COLLEGE WHICH HAS 99 PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM WITH A COST OF $3,418.04 PER STUDENT.
