THE MISSION OF NLEI IS TO ADVANCE THE LATINO COMMUNITY'S ECONOMIC INDEPENDENCE THROUGH MARKET AND RESULTS DRIVEN EDUCATION, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, AND ADVOCACY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND SERVICES NLEI PROGRAMMING IS RECOGNIZED LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY FOR ITS FOCUS ON JOBS OF THE FUTURE, AND EXCEPTIONAL STANDARDS IN WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. NLEI PROVIDES CAREER PIPELINES WITH A PRIORITY ON THE INCLUSION OF LATINOS AND OTHER MINORITIES. NLEI OFFERS A VARIETY OF HIGH QUALITY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS AND SERVICES DESIGNED TO MEET THE VARYING NEEDS OF BOTH THE ADULT LEARNER AND THE WORKFORCE SUPPORTED BY CHICAGOLAND'S CORPORATE AND PHILANTHROPIC COMMUNITY.
