THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO REIMAGINE FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT'S FOUR FREEDOMS IN THE 21ST CENTURY, USING ART AS A TOOL TO ENGAGE IN CRITICAL AND COMPLEX IDEAS, ENABLING CITIZENS TO HAVE A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE AMERICAN POLITICAL SYSTEM, AND ENGENDER DEEPER CIVIC PARTICIPATION. INSTITUTE FOR FREEDOMS WORKS WITH ARTISTS TO PRESENT NEW AND EXISTING WORK IN THE PUBLIC SPHERE, INCLUDING MUSEUMS, UNIVERSITIES, AND OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTS. THE INSTITUTE INTENDS TO PRESENT EXHIBITIONS OF VISUAL ART, CURATE PUBLIC PROGRAMS, AND COLLABORATE WITH MUSEUMS, ARTS NONPROFITS, AND CORPORATIONS ON ARTISTIC PROGRAMMING.
