THE VETS TO VETS MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AS MANY VETERANS AS POSSIBLE IN NEED OF COMPANIONSHIP, SERVICE AND LOVE WITH SERVICE, THERAPY OR COMPANION ANIMALS; REDUCE THE HIGH NUMBERS OF ANIMALS UNNECESSARILY EUTHANIZED IN THE LOCAL SHELTERS, WHO ARE ALSO IN DESPERATE NEED OF LOVE AND COMPANIONSHIP. PROVIDE SERVICE AND TRAINING AT NO COST TO THE VETERAN. MOTIVATE OUR VETERANS BY PROVIDING FUN/EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY SERVICE.

LOCAL VETERINARIANS AND VOLUNTEERS WORKING TOGETHER TO PROVIDE SERVICE, THERAPEUTIC, AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS, AS WELL AS DISCOUNTED VETERINARY CARE TO OUR VETERANS. MANY OF WHICH ARE STRUGGLING WITH LONELINESS, DEPRESSION, POST TRAUMATIC STRESS, TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. THIS SERVICE ALSO SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES THE NUMBER OF ANIMALS EUTHANIZED AT LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS.
