AND TO PRACTICE RESPONSIBLE LENDING IN ORDER TO PROTECT LOAN CAPITAL FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS OF THE TRIBE. THE GOAL IS TO INCREASE THE FINANCIAL CAPACITY FOR TRIBAL CITIZENS AND CREATE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES. OVER 1,000 TRIBAL CITIZENS HAVE BENEIFITED FROM COMMERCIAL LOANS, CONSUMER LOANS, BUSINESS DEVELOPOMENT ASSISTANCE, AND INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL COACHING. MORE THAN $8.4 MILLION HAVE BEEN DISBURSED FOR SMALL BUSINESS EXPANSION, SMALL BUSINESS START-UP, AND CONSUMER USES.
