BUSINESS RETENTION: ASSIST LOCAL EMPLOYERS WITH EXPANSION PROGRAMS (ACCESS TO FINANCING OPTIONS, STATISTICAL INFORMATION, AND PROBLEM RESOLUTION) AND PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE BUSINESS CAPACITY.
