MISSION INDY EXISTS TO: EQUIP CHRISTIANS TO SERVE OTHERS SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES INCLUDE HOSTING GROUPS OF YOUTH AND ADULTS WHILE LEADING THEM TO DO SERVICE WORK FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE AND FAMILIES THROUGH OUR PARTNERS IN THE GREATER INDIANAPOLIS AREA. THE GROUPS TAKE THE TRAINING AND MOTIVATION EXPERIENCED AT MI BACK HOME TO SERVE THE NEIGHBORS THEY LIVE AROUND WHEREVER THEY ARE FROM.

SUMMER PROGRAM WE WORKED WITH SEVERAL CHURCH GROUPS AND INVOLVED THEM DOING SUCH THINGS AS PAINTING HOUSES, DOING MINOR DEMOLITION, BUILDING RETAINING WALLS ETC.


SUMMER INTERN PROGRAM WE DISCIPLED AND MENTORED SIX COLLEGE INTERNS OVER 10 WEEKS. ALL LEARNED VALUABLE LIFE SKILLS, MANY LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND RENOVATION SKILLS, ALONG WITH MANY PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY EACH SERVED FOUR WEEKS IN A PARTICULAR FIELD THEY HAD INTEREST IN.
