HOMEOWNER REPAIR - THE WEST INDIANAPOLIS (WI) HOME REPAIR PROGRAM OFFERS A 0% INTEREST DEFERRED PAYMENTS LOAN FOR ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET SPECIFIC INCOME GUIDELINES AND LIVE WITHIN THE WEST INDIANAPOLIS GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES.
NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT - WIDC'S EFFORT TO CREATE HEALTHY NEIGHBORHOODS THAT ADDRESS NOT ONLY HOUSING ISSUES, BUT ALSO EDUCATION, SAFETY, HEALTH AND MANY OTHER ISSUES.
