CONDUCTS THE WOOD COUNTY, OHIO FAIR FOR ONE WEEK TO PROMOTE AGRICULTURE BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING FACILITIES TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAMS ACTIVITIES SUCH AS JUNIOR SENIOR FAIR COMPETITIONS, AMUSEMENT RIDES, HORSE RACES, GRANDSTAND EVENTS, ETC.
