THE RAPE CRISIS CENTER IS THE ONLY QUALIFIED VICTIM SERVICE PROGRAM IN SUMMIT AND MEDINA COUNTIES THAT MEETS THE OHIO ALLIANCE TO END SEXUAL VIOLENCE CORE STANDARDS FOR PROGRAMS PROVIDING RAPE CRISIS ADVOCACY IN SUMMIT AND MEDINA COUNTIES. SERVICES INCLUDE 24/7 HOTLINE, CASE MANAGEMENT, COUNSELING, ADVOCACY, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS AND SUPPORT GROUPS. IN 2022, 1,494 SURVIVORS WERE SERVED AND 24,679 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATED IN OUTREACH AND EDUCATION EVENTS.
