OUR LOANS CAPITAL IS DEPLOYED TO PROJECTS THAT: ELIMINATE BLIGHT, PROVIDE QUALITY HOUSING AND COMMERCIAL ASSETS, CREATE JOBS, FOSTER ECONOMIC DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION, AND PROMOTE POSITIVE SOCIAL OUTCOMES FOR RESIDENTS.
