ALL LABOR IS DONATED BY INDIVIDUALS AND MOST MATERIALS ARE DONATED BY BUSINESSES. MAINTAIN ESCROW ACCOUNTS FOR TAXES, INSURANCE, UTILITIES, AND REPAIRS. HOMES ARE SOLD AT HABITAT FOR HUMANITY'S ACTUAL COST AND SELECTED FAMILIES PAY NO INTEREST AS LONG AS THE HOME IS NOT SOLD WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME PERIOD.
