SUCH PROJECTS ARE REGULATED BY HUD AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF 23 UNITS LOCATED IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA AND IS CURRENTLY OPERATING UNDER THE NAME OF MERCY GARDENS. THE PROJECT SERVES TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME PERSONS.
