THIS ASSISTANCE ALLOWS THE PARENT TO CARE FOR THE CHILD FULL-TIME BY RELIEVING THE FAMILY OF FINANCIAL BURDENS WHEN OTHER RESOURCES ARE EXHAUSTED OR UNAVAILABLE.
