EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION PROGRAM TO SUPPORT THE ECE WORKFORCE WITH MONETARY STIPENDS FOR COMPLETION OF COLLEGE COURSEWORK AND ATTENDANCE AT SANCTIONED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EVENTS.B. FUNDING ALSO COVERS EXPENSES TO COMPLETE REQUIRED REGULATIONS TO BECOME A LICENSED FAMILY CHLD CARE HOME PROVIDER WITH THE CA COMMUNITY CARE LICENSING AGENCY.
