THE FOCUS IS ON INSTRUCTION IN THE CORE CURRICULUM, INCLUDING: MANNERS AND DEPORTMENT, INFORMED CITIZENSHIP, PUBLIC SPEAKING, PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE, AND DRAMA AND DANCE. BY DEVELOPING SKILLS NECESSARY FOR ENDEAVORS IN: COLLEGE PREPARATION, PANHELLIC ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESS LEADERSHIP, COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS. THE PROGRAM ALSO STRIVES TO BUILD CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM AS PART OF ITS GOAL. THERE ARE 23 REGULAR MEETINGS EACH YEAR AND, WHILE A YOUNG LADY MAY JOIN AS LATE AS THE START OF HER JUNIOR YEAR IN HIGH SCHOOL, THE CORE CURRICULUM IS A 4 YEAR TRAINING PROGRAM.
