HEALTH - PROGRAMS TO FOSTER A CULTURE OF HEALTH, WELLNESS, AND AT THE SAME TIME, ADDRESS THE ECONOMIC, EDUCATION, LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL BARRIERS THAT AFFECT THE DISTRIBUTION OF HEALTH SERVICES.
