TO ASSIST IN DEVELOPING FARMWORKER WOMEN TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES AND THE LIVES OF THEIR FAMILIES IN THE AREAS OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE. DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION ACCOMPLISHED THE FOLLOWING: - PEER TO PEER EDUCATION TO OVER 35,000 FARMWORKERS WOMEN ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (DV) SEXUAL ASSAULT (SA), SEXUAL HARASSMENT (SH), CENSUS, WOMEN'S HEALTH, AND WORKING CONDITIONS THROUGH OVER 500 COMMUNITY EVENTS VIA HOUSE MEETINGS CARAVANS, VIRTUAL MEETINGS, SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS, TABLES AT HEALTH FAIRS, ART EXHIBITS, THEATRE SKITS, AND IN THE FIELDS. LIDERES' MEMBERS AND STAFF ALSO LINKED OVER 45 DV, SA, SH SURVIVORS TO AVAILABLE SERVICES. IN ADDITION, DURING THIS FISCAL YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE COVID-19 COMMUNITY HEALTH OUTREACH AND EDUCATION TO FARMWORKERS AND COMMUNITIES.
