YOUTH ACADEMIC AND WORKFORCE PROGRAMS - IRCO'S CULTURALLY AND LINGUISTICALLY SPECIFIC ACADEMIC SUPPORT PROGRAMS, MENTORING PROGRAMS, GANG INTERVENTION AND PREVENTION PROGRAMS, AND SCHOOLS UNITING NEIGHBORHOODS (SUN) PROGRAMS IN PORTLAND SCHOOLS ASSIST REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT YOUTHS ACHIEVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS AND INTEGRATE WITH THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.


FAMILY AND COMMUNITY SERVICES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT - IRCO'S CULTURALLY SPECIFIC ANTI-POVERTY, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SERVICES, FINANCIAL LITERACY, FAMILY MEDIATION, AND AFRICA HOUSE PROGRAMS HELPS FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES BECOME HEALTHY, SELF-SUFFICIENT, AND INTEGRATED.
