DIABETES EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT: EDUCATION CLASSES AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE DIABETES PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT EDUCATION INCLUDING AN ANNUAL EXPO.


EMERGENCY SUPPLY PANTRY: PROVIDES MEDICAL SUPPLIES NECESSARY FOR DIABETES MANAGEMENT TO UNINSURED DIABETIC INDIVIDUALS.
