IT ENABLES MUSICIANS TO PERFORM ORCHESTRAL AND SMALL ENSEMBLE MUSIC AT A HIGH STANDARD AND ENRICHES THE COMMUNITY THROUGH MUSIC. THREE THOUSAND COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND MUSICIANS BENEFITED.
