THE MISSION OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE PIKES PEAK REGION BY OFFERING HIGH QUALITY AND DIVERSE MUSICAL EXPERIENCES WHICH ENRICH THE CULTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE COMMUNITY.
