PARK PLACE RHF HOUSING IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT STATUTES OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 154 UNIT COMMUNITY KNOWN AS PARK PLACE LOCATED IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON, WHICH PROVIDES ASSISTED LIVING TO LOW INCOME SENIORS. THE CORPORATION'S FIRST MORTGAGE IS INSURED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 232 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.AT PARK PLACE ASSISTED LIVING, WE ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, ARE COMMITTED TO EXEMPLARY SERVICE, AND ARE DEDICATED TO EXCELLENCE.PARK PLACE ASSISTED LIVING IS PROUD TO BE PART OF THE RETIREMENT HOUSING FOUNDATION (RHF).
