SUN HEALTH COLONNADE OPERATES A 218-RESIDENCE INDEPENDENT LIVING COMMUNITY AND A 50-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY SUPPORT BUILDING. DESIGN OF A MASTER PLAN TO DEVELOP ADDITIONAL HOMES AND HEALTH CARE SERVICES CONTINUES ON THE 34-ACRE CAMPUS UNDER A MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN. UNDER THIS MASTER PLAN, COLONNADE PLANS TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF THE ASSISTED LIVING/MEMORY SUPPORT BUILDING ONCE DEMAND FOR SERVICES EXCEEDS CURRENT CAPACITY. SEE SCHEDULE O FOR MORE INFORMATION.
