CHRISTIAN CARE TUCSON, INC. DBA FELLOWSHIP SQUARE TUCSON PROVIDES QUALITY, RESPONSIVE, AFFORDABLE SENIOR HOUSING AND HOSPITALITY SERVICES. FELLOWSHIP SQUARE CONSISTS OF 611 INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENT HOMES, CONSISTING OF STUDIO, 1-BEDROOM, AND 2-BEDROOM SUITES, IN 22 BUILDINGS AND SITUATED ON 19 ACRES OF PROFESSIONALLY LANDSCAPED GROUNDS. FIFTY-SIX (56) OF THE 611 UNITS ARE LICENSED FOR ASSISTED LIVING AND 555 ARE INDEPENDENT LIVING. WE ALSO MAINTAIN 20% OR 123 UNITS FOR LOW-INCOME SENIORS. OUR RESIDENTS ENJOY AT LEAST 15 LUNCH/DINNER AND 15 BREAKFAST MEALS PER MONTH, SEMI-MONTHLY HOUSEKEEPING, 24-HOUR SECURITY, AND PRIVATE BUS TRANSPORTATION TO GROCERY AND OTHER SHOPPING, MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, RESTAURANTS AND OTHER VENUES AROUND TOWN. FELLOWSHIP SQUARE HAS FITNESS (CONT'D ON SCH O) CENTERS IN EACH VILLA AND A WELLNESS PROGRAM WITH THREE PERSONAL TRAINERS. WE HAVE A FULLY EQUIPPED COMPUTER LAB AND STOCKED LIBRARY. FELLOWSHIP SQUARE HAS AN ACTIVITY PROGRAM WITH A VARIETY OF EVENTS ON CAMPUS AND ENRICHING ACTIVITIES OFF-CAMPUS TO PROVIDE RESIDENTS WITH FELLOWSHIP AND FUN! IN 2021, ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES, EVENTS, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, DINING SCHEDULES AND OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS RETURNED TO NORMAL FROM ADJUSTMENTS MADE DUE TO THE COVID 19 VIRUS.FOUNDED IN 1979, THE CHRISTIAN CARE COMPANIES BEGAN WITH 96 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING AND A 60-BED NURSING CENTER ON THE PHOENIX CAMPUS. THE NURSING CENTER CORNERSTONE QUOTES PSALM 71:9, CAST ME NOT OFF IN THE TIME OF OLD AGE; FORSAKE ME NOT WHEN MY STRENGTH FAILETH. THE ORGANIZATION IS ONE OF 24 RELATED TAX EXEMPT CHRISTIAN CARE COMPANIES (THE NAMES OF THE OTHER 23 ARE LISTED ON SCHEDULE R) WHO PROVIDE HOUSING, HOSPITALITY AND HEALTHCARE SERVICES FOR VERY-LOW-TO-MIDDLE INCOME ARIZONA SENIORS. THE CHRISTIAN CARE COMPANIES WERE FOUNDED BY THE NONDENOMINATIONAL CHRISTIAN CHURCHES OF ARIZONA AND ARE GOVERNED BY CORPORATE BOARDS OF DIRECTORS. AT DECEMBER 31, 2021, THE CHRISTIAN CARE COMPANIES OWN AND OPERATE 1,990 UNITS OF MIDDLE-INCOME, MARKET-RATE INDEPENDENT, ASSISTED, AND MEMORY CARE UNITS FOR SENIORS ON SIX CAMPUSES, 338 UNITS OF SUBSIDIZED HOUSING, AND A 68-BED HEALTH CENTER. IN ADDITION, WE PROVIDE ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES TO UP TO 106 RESIDENTS OF OUR SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.BENEFITS OF BEING PART OF A CHRISTIAN CARE COMMUNITY TYPICALLY INCLUDE SHARED HOUSEKEEPING; MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY SERVICES, INCLUDING CALL BUTTON MONITORING; ACCESS TO PRIVATE SCHEDULED TRANSPORTATION; AND COMPUTER LABS WITH HIGH-SPEED INTERNET.
