OPERATE ARTS, CRAFTS, AND MUSIC FESTIVAL IN GIRDWOOD ALASKA PROVIDING LOCAL ARTISTS AND MUSICIANS A VENUE TO SHOW AND SELL THEIR ART AND TALENT IN A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. IN ADDITION GIRDWOOD FOREST FAIR T-SHIRTS ARE SOLD. AN INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE IS PART OF THE ACTIVITIES. ALL FREE TO THE PUBLIC.
GIVE GRANTS TO LOCAL NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROMOTE THE ARTS, EDUCATION, AND APPRECIATION OF THE OUTDOORS. PROVIDE "SECRET SANTA" GIFTS AND OTHER DIRECT SUPPORT TO FAMILIES IN GIRDWOOD WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED. PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR LOCAL MUSICIANS, ARTISANS, AND ATHLETES TO PURSUE THEIR ENDEAVORS.
