CONSUMER HOUSING: MANAGING 18 HOUSING UNITS FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH AND RECOVERY BOARD OF CLARK, GREENE, AND MADISON COUNTIES AND OWNING/OPERATING 23 UNITS TO PROVIDE PERMANENT HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS/FAMILIES THAT HAVE A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER DIAGNOSED WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS AND ARE LOW-INCOME. ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE: TENANT-LANDLORD LIASON SUPPORT, RENTAL SEARCH ASSISTANCE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICES. IN 2015, THE ORGANIZATION FINISHED CONSTRUCTION OF COLUMBUS PLACE, A 6-UNIT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING APARTMENT BUILDING, WHICH FURTHERED THE ORGANIZATON'S MISSION.
