HEALTH MANAGEMENT AND WELLNESS CENTER OPERATION. FULL ARRAY OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL THOSE WE SERVE. OUR SERVICES REVOLVE AROUND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY THROUGH RESISTANCE TRAINING, CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING, FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH AND TRAINING. NUTRITION SERVIES INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL COACHING TO MEDICALLY SUPERVISED PROGRAMS. THOSE UNABLE TO PAY FOR THE PROGRAM FEES ARE PROVIDED FINANCIAL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES.
HEALTH MANAGEMENT INTERVENTION SERVICES FOR HIGH RISK AND DISEASE STATES THROUGH PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT, TESTING SERVICES AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION. PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT AND TESTING EVALUATES THE FITNESS AND HEALTH STATUS OF INDIVIDUALS THROUGH BIOMETRIC MEASURES AND BLOOD SCREENINGS. COUNSELLING AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS ARE IMPLEMENTED.
