CHILDREN WHO ARE SELECTED TO RECEIVE A GRANT FROM EARTH ANGEL FOUNDATION, INC. ARE TREATED TO A DREAM VACATION OF THEIR CHOICE TO ANY DESTINATION IN THE CONTINGENT UNITED STATES. INCLUDED IN THIS VACATION ARE PARENTS AND SIBLINGS. TO QUALIFY FOR THIS GRANT, THEY MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: THEY MUST BE AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF AGE, BUT NOT MORE THAN EIGHTEEN. THEY MUST BE ILL IN A MANNER THAT IS TERMINAL OR LIFE-THREATENING. THEY MUST BE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER TO THE EARTH ANGEL FOUNDATION BOARD MEMBERS THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN MUST VERIFY IN WRITING THE CONDITION OF THE CHILD, AND MUST ALSO APPROVE OF THE ACTIVITY AND BE FULLY IN FAVOR OF THIS VACATION. THEY MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL BY REASONABLE MEANS. THE FAMILY MUST BE INTERVIEWED BY THE EARTH ANGEL FOUNDATION CHILD SELECTION COMMITTEE, WHO SHALL DETERMINE, BY OBSERVATION OF HOME AND SURROUNDINGS, THE GENERAL FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE FAMILY, AND SHALL RECOMMEND THE CHILD AND FAMILY TO RECEIVE THE GRANT. THE CHILD MUST HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SIMILAR GRANT FROM ANOTHER ORGANIZATION. THE EARTH ANGEL FOUNDATION BOARD MEMBERS MUST VOTE IN FAVOR OF GRANTING THE VACATION TO THE FAMILY IN QUESTION.
