THE ORGANIZATION IS AN OUTPATIENT COUNSELING FACILITY FOR THE TREATMENT OF THE DISEASE OF ALCHOLISM AND OTHER CHEMICAL DEPENDENCIES. ITS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE TREATMENT SERVICES, WITHIN THE LIMITS OF ITS RESOURCES, TO CHEMICALLY DEPENDENT PERSONS OF ALL AGES AND TO PERSONS OF ALL ECONOMIC ABILITIES, AS WELL AS TO THE MEMBERS OF THEIR FAMILIES TOUCHED BY THE DISEASE.
