OPERATE DRUG TREATMENT PROGRAMS IN THE COVERAGE AREA. DEVELOP AND SUPPORT COMMUNITY COALITIONS AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO EXPAND DRUG AWARENESS. OPERATE A UNITE SERVICE CORPS PROGRAMS AS PART OF THE AMERICORPS PROGRAM TO TEACH THE "TOO GOOD FOR DRUGS" CURRICULUM, TUTOR STUDENTS IN MATHEMATICS, AND COORDINATE ANTI-DRUG UNITE CLUBS IN SCHOOLS.
