THE ORGANIZATION IS A REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS TO WHICH ITS MEMBERS PAY PART OF THEIR FRANCHISE FEES TO HAVE COMMUNITY EVENTS, SPORTS, GOVERNMENTAL MEETINGS AND ETC PRODUCED ON CABLE TELEVISION FOR RESIDENTS.

LOCAL COMMUNITY TELEVISION PROGRAMING INCLUDING SPORTING EVENTS, GOVERNMENT COUNCIL AND BOARD MEETINGS, COMMUNITY EVENTS AND MANY OTHER EVENTS AND HAPPENINGS WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES SUCH AS PARADES, FESTIVALS AND DANCE RECITALS. THE ORGANIZATIONS FUNDING FOR THIS SERVICE COMES FROM THE MEMBER COMMUNITES SO THE RESIDENTS ARE NOT CHARGED.


THE ORGANIZATION NEGOTIATES FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS FOR THE MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND KEEPS THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES INFORMED TO CHANGING REGULATIONS.
