THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PMN INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: MEDIA PRODUCTION TRAINING, EQUIPMENT LOAN, AND PROGRAMMING DISTRIBUTION. MEDIA PRODUCTION TRAINING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION. ALSO PEOPLE ARE TAUGHT BASIC MEDIA PRODUCTION SKILLS TO BE EFFECTIVE IN SHARING THEIR VOICE THROUGH MEDIA. PMN PROVIDES A MEDIA PRODUCTION LOAN PROGRAM TO PROVIDE THE PUBLIC WITH PROFESSIONAL FIELD PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, VIDEO EDITING EQUIPMENT, AND PRODUCTION STUDIOS FOR TELLING THEIR STORY. PMN MANAGES FIVE LOCAL CABLE ACCESS CHANNELS AND ONLINE DISTRIBUTION PLATFORMS TO AMPLIFY LOCAL VOICES IN MEDIA.
